If you don't open emails for a period of time, many email-sending systems will assume you no longer want to receive them and automatically stop sending them, regardless of whether you want them or not.

White Label the sender's address
If your emails are ending up in the SPAM/JUNK folder, then one step that may help ensure they land in your inbox would be to white label the sender's address.
So, if you receive an email like [email protected], you would white label that address in your email client.
